Media Center Hours and Briefing Rooms
Meeting rooms for individual press briefings will be available by reservation in the Press Center during the event. You may submit a meeting room request as early as April 1, 2008 by contacting Kate Walsh. Please include the following information in your request:

The Press Center may only be used by registered exhibitors, representatives, press and analysts. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as press (journalist/analyst) and the other must be a registered exhibitor. For more information, please contact Kate Walsh.
Public Relations Opportunities, Updates, and Deadlines
- Media Invites: Trendsmedia is in constant communication with media and analysts to ensure they attend and cover this year’s event. Exhibitors are encouraged to forward a list of top media and analysts they would like to invite to attend and/or ensure are included on our press list for this year’s event. All contacts are to be forwarded to Erin Healey by April 14th.
- Exhibitor Quotes: Trendsmedia would like to invite exhibitors to submit a quote from a senior executive that outlines why WiMAX World EMEA is an important venue for showcasing their WiMAX solutions. The best quotes submitted will be rotated on the WiMAX World EMEA Web Site and also used in our communications to press and analysts. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please send it to Erin Healey by April 20th, including the name, title and contact coordinates of the person who is being quoted.
- Exhibitor News Summary: To help promote news from WiMAX World EMEA Exhibitors, Trendsmedia will be issuing a summary press release that includes a roundup of exhibitor news. To be included in this press release, please forward a one-sentence summary of any product news or other announcements you will be issuing at the show to Erin Healey by May 12th. News about recently announced products that will be making their debut at the show, are also welcome. Please note the summary sentence should be written in the third person.
- European / Local German Publications: Creating awareness is your key the success of any any new product and/or service launch, to better help you we have put in place deals with 3 European and local publications (all communications must in someway mention WIMAX World EMEA).
